Client Challenge
A USA based client was in search of a trusted partner who can help them build their mobile product. They tried a couple of teams before us, the client was a senior software architect and heavily involved in coding as well. The product idea was to build a caregiving application for parents / relatives and needs native application development on smart devices.

Initially two mobile application developers had started work with the client, one for android and one for iOS.
Along with it Omax had asked the client who will assign the task to the resources, so it turns out the client is very fluent in technology and does understand all the architectural challenges.
Since the client was handling the project on his own so no need to introduce a project management role from our side.
Our resources were senior and capable enough, they have won the confidence of the client. Later on it turned out to be a long term project.
The size of the team grew and shrunk according to the need of the project.
