The CTO of Persivia wanted to integrate the business process in their renowned product.He believed that once the workflow is associated with the customer journey it will improve the customer experience and visibility of the product to higher management. And he was quite right! Omax took the initiative and seamlessly integrated the Camunda workflow platform with the product and the result was amazing.
Client Challenge
Persivia CTO shared his product enhancement road map with Omax co-founder and asked him about the feedback on the business process integration if it would play a vital role. Co-founder has vast experience in BPM implementations and that is one of the reasons this opportunity popped up. For the last 25 years the application was heavily consumed and its processes were matured but never written. Omax sat with the product owner and discussed in detail and figured out the seamless integration without touching the existing code base.
Omax Solution
The Omax team has designed the business process which was required for the Persivia product using the Camunda platform using the decision tables, user roles, grouping and the command pattern was used for actions. BPM Process was integrated with required code bases at a separate server and connected via rest api layer. Our one architect and co-founder were involved with a developer and at the Persivia side their design engineer, developers and Project manager were involved and we have successfully accomplished the goal.
