About the Client
One of our North American clients wanted to build a medicine delivery app. He was looking for an experienced agency who can take care of product technical challenges along with product design and marketing. He took his time and evaluated Omax Tech thoroughly. Year and a half he just kept us engaged discussing his requirements and discussing the pricing but never promised anything and one day when we had no hope he told us he wanted to hire a resource from us.
The journey begins with one java script developer who was doing some pending tasks for him for a couple of months and then he unrolled his plan of Rx2go development. A mobile app which will do medicine delivery in North America.

Since we knew that the client budget was quite limited and our target was to achieve the working product in a limited budget. Initially product design was done by our UX department. One of the benefits which Omax has is the full product team. We have resources including CTO , Product Owner, Project Management, Software Architect, AI, Data Science, Software Engineer, Mobile Developer, Software Security, Cloud Infrastructure, SQA , Marketing, Accounts, UI UX. So, clients do not have to worry about technical resources once they are with us. And the reason behind this is Omax's C level management, all are engineers and understand the engineering very well.
We have engaged our UX resource on demand basis. One mobile application developer started the development and the project was managed by the client himself. Later on partially QA was inducted and a few resources were added and removed during the development life cycle.
Feature of the Product
The product manages the fleet of delivery boys, the customers order, inventory delivery and invoicing. It has integration with magento stores and google apis for best routes.
Client Feedback / Metrics
A successful product came out which was deployed in the North American market. And we got another happy client. Later on this application was transformed into general items delivery as well
